  TALLAHASSEE – For the second session in as many years CAPIT, the Brevard County Charter amendment which was passed overwhelmingly by the voters of the County, failed to be passed out of the Local Government Council today.

  TALLAHASSEE – In a vote of 49-27 the 6th Grade Class of Sherwood Elementary School in a mock Legislative Session voted to amend HB 453- Key Lime Pie Bill and a Strike All Amendment passed to make the Oreo Pie the official state pie.
