MELBOURNE
- Representative Mitch Needelman has received the Bronze Good Citizenship Medal from the Brevard County Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution.

“This medal is truly an honor. I thank the Sons of the American Revolution for all their support, especially as I gear up to return to Tallahassee for the Legislative Session,” Representative Needelman said.

John Davenport, chapter president, presented Representative Needelman with the medal during the annual joint George Washington Luncheon for the Sons and Daughters of the American Revolution. The event was held Feb. 11 at The Tides at Patrick Air Force Base.

The medal, authorized by the national organization in 1895, is given in recognition of the noteworthy achievements people make in their community. It is the oldest of all good citizenship medals.
